One of the world's most famous cheeses, Camembert is made in almost every country in which cheese is produced en masse. The original is from Normandy and made from raw milk. The rind is characteristically moldy and pale brown. A straw colored interior accompanies huge flavors of mushrooms and herbs.

Wine: Burgundy wines: Gamay, Pinot Noir, Vougeot
