Italy '97: Foradori

This may be the most unusual wine in the tasting. It is made from the Teroldego grape, which has been saved from obscurity by Elisabetta Foradori. She poured her rich 1997 Teroldego Rotaliano Granato from Trentino for the Wine Experience seminar.
