Restaurants both new and established elevate Kentucky's culinary scene

Louisville, Kentucky's largest city, has long offered proudly old-fashioned Southern gentility. It's now transforming itself into what is known locally as NuLu. A new crop of food-and-beverage professionals, have established restaurants in neighborhoods that were previously abandoned industrial zones, preparing fine-casual, locavore-leaning cuisine. Wine Spectator's Esther Mobley explains.
