Robert Taylor joined Wine Spectator in 2003 as a copy editor, after serving as a classic arts program editor for Playbill and Stagebill magazines. In his current position with the website, he reviews all WineSpectator.com copy, overseeing the blog section and working closely with associate editor Mitch Frank on news coverage. As a reporter, Robert has focused largely on alcohol and the law, with a concentration on controversial wine-shipping legislation. He is also the editor for the magazine's cheese page. Robert has a degree in journalism from New York University.
