Wineries Believe Sustainability Pays

Research has been mixed on whether consumers are willing to pay more for eco-labeled wines, even as the number of wineries adopting sustainable practices continues to rise. But a recent study by a team of researchers in Italy, Spain and California suggests that winery owners believe sustainability makes economic sense in the long term. Wine Spectator's Liz Thach explains.
