In the past few years Portugal has been booming in tourism and investment, and drawing record numbers of visitors. The dining quality and options for wine lovers have exploded on both sides of the Douro, which separates Porto from the historic Port lodges in Vila Nova de Gaia. Wine Spectator's Robert Camuto explains.
