Beaulieu Vineyard is one of California’s legendary names. Things began to shift, however, when Heublein purchased BV in 1969. A new winery facility was built in 2007, dedicated to the de Latour bottling, and from there the wines were solid, but not in the league of the glory days of the de Latour bottlings from the 1960s and 1970s.
