The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau has rescinded its label approval for vintner Joe Wagner's Elouan Pinot Noir. And retired New England Patriots quarterback Drew Bledsoe has built a 14,000-square-foot winery for his Doubleback brand in his native Washington.
