California’s heavy rain and flooding early this year made national news, with at least 22 deaths and damages expected to exceed $30 billion. Across the state, repair crews worked tirelessly to address a slew of washed-out roads. The damage inflicted upon Paso Robles’ Adelaida Road on Jan. 9 attracted special attention when an errant pickup truck wrecked recently made repairs.
