When Curtis Dahl, co-proprietor of Joseph & Curtis Custom Wine Cellars in Mountainside, N.J. began his career as a commodity trader for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, he never imagined that he'd build his own wine room. Now he and his business partner, Joseph Kline, design more than 100 of them per year, and Dahl currently has not one, but two cellars in his home, built 12 years apart. Wine Spectator's Lizzie Munro explains.
