If I freeze rosé wine, can I drink it when it’s defrosted?

Absolutely! I know some people that use the freezer as a convenient place to store wine in the short term, defrosting it later to drink or cook with.
But the freezer isn’t a good place for long-term storage, mostly because you can’t just stick a bottle of wine in there. The water content in the wine will freeze first, and as it does, those frozen crystals will expand. The increased volume of the wine will put pressure on the bottle, and especially the cork if it has one, and the wine can leak and the bottle can shatter. So if you’re experimenting with wine Popsicles, make sure the wine is in a container that will allow it to expand as it freezes.
