Among the original class of Napa Valley cult Cabernets, Bryant Family has one of the more intriguing histories. But while the winery has gone through some phases rockier than the soils its vines are planted in, its gem of a vineyard has essentially remained the same. Now head winemaker KK Carothers, who assumed that position in 2018, has been fine-tuning the property and its wines. Senior editor James Molesworth looks at the changes in progress.
