Beaux Frères Pinot Noirs Stand the Test of Time
Mike Etzel, producer of Pinot Noirs at Beaux Frères was unsatisfied with a few wines from different vintages which prompted a stylistic shift in winemaking. Even with the change, the question of whether the newer wines would age as well as their predecessors remained. Recently, he put that concern to the test with a vertical tasting. Wine Spectator's Tim Fish explains.
