Malbec remains the benchmark as vintners explore new terroirs

Argentinian vintners are masters of the red grape Malbec, which they have made their nation's centerpiece varietal. But many of them are now trying to identify what direction to go next in order to further elevate the land they draw upon and raise the bar of quality. Wine Spectator's Kim Marcus explains.
