Tasting note

Posted: February 26, 2015 Shows a lightly oxidized hint, with blanched almond and dried chamomile notes giving way to taut flavors of lemon zest, chalk and white peach, offering a finish of tangy mineral and fleur de sel. A distinctive version, fit for the cellar.
