Wine Spectator has announced that its 2017 Grand Tour will travel to three cities this spring, stopping in Las Vegas on May 6, Chicago on May 9 and Miami on May 12.
The three evening tastings will showcase 244 wineries, each pouring a wine scoring 90 points or higher in official Wine Spectator reviews. They range from Old World benchmarks like Château La Mission Haut-Brion’s La Chapelle de la Mission Haut-Brion 2010, to rising stars from the New World such as Mollydooker’s Shiraz McLaren Vale Carnival of Love 2014 or new classics like Heitz’ Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley Martha’s Vineyard 2005, all a testimony to the high quality and extraordinary diversity of today’s wide-ranging wine world. Wine lovers can preview the tasting maps for each event in Las Vegas, Chicago and Miami.
The Grand Tour gives wine lovers an opportunity to revisit old favorites, discover new tastes, learn from producers and make new friends.
