Two Hands, a collaboration between Adelaide businessman Michael Twelftree and accountant Richard Mintz, began with a small but impressive 2000 vintage and keeps getting better and bigger. Its fourth vintage, 2003, encompasses an impressive array of Shiraz and other varietals and blends from several regions in Australia.
