Philippe Delesvaux, 48, deserves to be considered among the Loire's elite Chenin Blanc producers, a group that includes S.A. Huet, Foreau, N. Joly and Domaine des Baumard. Delesvaux founded his 35-acre domaine in 1983, and the highlights of his portfolio are the sweet wines from the Coteaux du Layon appellation.
