If budget is no concern, you can purchase mature Burgundy today at auction. However, it's rare that older, mature versions are released directly from the source. Beginning this month, Lalou Bize-Leroy, through her American importer Martine Saunier, is offering a collection of more than 50 reds and whites from vintages that include 1996, 1986, 1976 and 1966.
