Christophe Perrot-Minot, age 38, makes opulent Pinot Noir. This style, especially in the ripe, concentrated 2003 vintage, delivers some of the most lush, intense young red Burgundies I have tasted. I recently tasted Perrot-Minot's wines from Chambolle-Musigny, Morey-St.
