
Roman Bratasiuk can't help it. The 2005 vintage just makes the owner and winemaker of Clarendon Hills smile. "If you drew up a vintage the way you wanted it to be, that's what happened," said Bratasiuk, who has been making wine at Clarendon Hills since 1990.
