As if the 2005 reds weren't reason enough to stock up on Northern Rhônes, now there are the 2006 whites, easily the best vintage in recent history for these all-too-often overlooked wines. Fashioned from Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier, Northern Rhône whites offer rich textures, flavors of brioche, chamomile, melon, peach, anise and more, along with bright minerality.
