The Rioja region of Spain returns to form after two difficult vintages
After a rainy 2002 vintage, and a scorching 2003, Rioja is back on form with 2004, a long, cool growing season that benefited from a sunny harvest to produce grapes with good levels of both potential alcohol and acidity, leading to balanced reds with juicy fruit flavors.
