Experience local Colorado cuisine at Black Cat Farm, Table, Bistro, located just off downtown Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall. There, chef and owner Eric Skokan’s New American menu draws from his 130-acre certified organic and biodynamic farm. With both an a la carte and a chef’s tasting menu with optional wine pairings, expect dishes like grouper with spring onion risotto, root vegetable green curry, and a trio of Tunis lamb with lentils, carrots, radish salad and mustard jus. Wine director Chris Rogers’ moderately priced, 495-selection list has earned a Best of Award of Excellence since 2012, highlighting bottles from France, California and Italy, as well as several biodynamic and organic wines.
