Proper Tea Service

We noticed more restaurants serving tea properly, another welcome trend. What a delight to find teapots filled with boiling water and high quality loose tea, complete with strainer and an appropriate receptacle to hold it. With no tea bags in sight, some restaurants offer tea menus with as much panache as their wine lists.
