In true bootstrap, startup spirit, Wells Guthrie and Mike Officer rent space in a stark warehouse near Santa Rosa in Sonoma County. While it leaves little to the imagination, with its massive concrete walls, shiny stainless steel tanks and rows of oak barrels, this is still the stuff dreams are made of.
