Who: Newcastle, England, transplant Tony Craig, a Shakespearan thespian, former winemaker at David Bruce winery in Los Gatos, Calif., and current winemaker at Savannah Chanelle in Saratoga. Craig currently produces single-vineyard Pinot Noir from Tondre's Grapefield in the Santa Lucia Highlands, Kruse Vineyard on York Mountain and Amber Ridge in Sonoma's Russian River Valley.
