Muscadet Impressions
Local restaurants served up shrimp cocktail, seafood gumbo, raw oysters
and clams, and other dishes to enjoy with the wines. Muscadet's acidity
pairs well with the local cuisine of Nantes -- such as shellfish and simply
prepared fish -- as well as green salads, raw and steamed vegetables,
noodles with Asian sauces, chicken and any dish that calls for a squeeze
of lemon.
