Posted: June 26, 2000

Cheese: Cambozola
Region: Germany
Milk: Cow

Hailing from the factories of the German company Champignon, Cambozola is simply an imitation of Brie and Gorgonzola. It has a mildly fruity aroma and is sold plastic- or foil-wrapped with a brie-like white rind. Its name is actually a cross between Camembert and Gorgonzola.

Wine: German Riesling
