Alain Graillot Alain Graillot founded his domaine in 1985, switching from a career in chemicals and moving from Paris to the Rhône Valley. Now at age 60, and with 20 vintages under his belt, Graillot is a qualitative leader for the Crozes-Hermitage appellation, yet he maintains a laid-back disposition.
