
Guests enjoy a sparkling-wine dinner hosted by Joy Sterling, an Iron Horse partner, and Forrest Tancer. Salmon with creme fraiche, beets and baby potatoes from the winery's garden was served with Iron Horse's 1991 Late Disgorged Brut, followed by grilled Sonoma quail stuffed with bitter greens, which paired perfectly with 1994 Brut Rose, Iron Horse's driest wine. |
