Each of the eight sessions features three chefs, among whom are Napa Valley stalwarts Ken Frank of La Toque, Fred Halpert of Brava Terrace and several chefs from the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. Bay area chefs include Hubert Keller of Fleur de Lys, Nancy Oakes of Boulevard and Roland Passot of La Folie.
