With the frenzy over $100-a-bottle "cult" Cabernets still alive and kicking, it may seem like it's hard to find a good deal on a bottle of red wine from California these days. But here are a dozen wines that scored in the "very good" range (85 to 89 points on Wine Spectator 's 100-point scale) for $20 or less.
