Over the past few weeks, we’ve introduced you to dozens of California Cabernets from the lauded 2007 vintage, and we have even more to share with our Cabernet-loving readers. This group is perhaps the most diverse yet, with terrific examples from Alexander Valley all the way down to Santa Ynez Valley. This week’s selections include some single-vineyard bottlings, appellation expressions, and a range of prices from $35 to $300.
