Staff was great, wine recomendations were nice, the prices were slightly high and the selection of wines outside the "vintage" section were good at best. The food was solid and the atmosphere was nice, I did not feel like I was in Niagara Falls (not like that is a bad thing but true non-the-less). I would not hesitate to send anyone looking for fine wine and food to 17 Noir.
