We had an incredible lobster risotto for an appetizer. Ordered an Oregon Pinot. Sommelier tried to talk us out of it in favor of a Burgundy. On top of that, he tasted the Pinot before serving it. In the 8/31 edition of the WS, 84% of respondents don't care for this service. Over attention given to presentation. A lot of frenzied waiters, etc., running around.

In my opinion the very best restaurant in Quebec city. the cuisine is making honnor to local products and the ambiance is very warm. Great wine list
