Delius is an extraordinary place. The food is always amazing and so many great wine choices.
What really separates them from most other great restaurants (besides the food being a step above) is the variety of choices/events available. Special wine tastings, unique dinner events, different dining experiences (wine bar, dining room, prix fixe, cellar room), boat tours, cooking classes, culinary cruise, etc. We try to eat there a couple times per month.
The best measure is that when relatives are in town, they always want to eat there.
