Laurent Manrique's menu does not disappoint. The wine list, as always, resembles a phone book (although I think it is about time that the high end restaurants started breaking out Pacific Northwest wines into their own sections). The sentimentalist in me misses the original look with the zebra carpets, but who can focus on decor when the food is this good?
