The most extensive wine list in the state overseen by a Master Sommelier. This is without doubt the best chophouse in Dallas. I have eaten at them all and Pappa's Bros. just does it better. Also they host frequent wine dinners with representatives from top named producers such as Dominus, Shafer, Opus One, Stags Leap etc. along with offering frequent dedicated wine events and tastings.

12/28/12: incredible food, wine and service.
The '97 Gaja LaTurque was extraordinary and still has plenty of life. Got a tour of the wine cellar by Master Som Barbara.
She introduced us to Taylor Fladgate Scion. This wine was bottled in 2008 after being in the barrel since 1855. The tawny was a deep amber, thick as maple syrup, and had an aroma and taste that I will never forget. Henry was our fantastic waiter and is a true ambassador of Pappas. Jason was our Som and provided great insight and service all evening long.
This was a truly memorable evening.
