Aureole is the biggest disappointment my wife and I have encountered in "fine" dining. The sommelier stated he did not have time to help with our selection because he was very busy. We were not spending thousands on wine and basically we were not important to him. We can't even remember what we had for dinner, so that gives an indication of its quality as well. We have dined at Michelin 3-stars and know what service is all about. Aureole apparently, does not. If we are ever treated as poorly as we were at this restaurant, we will simply walk out. The wine tower is impressive, but take a look from the entrance then find another restaurant.

Best restaurant I have been to in Las Vegas!! It is expensive, but the place, the service, the food, the wine list... everything is superb
