The Foie Gras is outstanding -- the best I have ever had. Initially, the ambiance was a bit lacking as it was located off a smoke-filled casino floor. But once inside, the dining experience was superb. The waiting staff was very attentive and the food was excellent. Wine list could use some help -- for example, missing many of the better years and vineyards in Bordeaux and in California and those that were on the list were ridiculously expensive, but I was able to find a nice 1984 Heitz Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley Martha's Vineyard (Rated 92 by WS & RMP) for ~$425 and a 2005 J.J. Prum Riesling Auslese Mosel-Saar-Ruwer Graacher Himmelreich (Rated 95 by WS & 93-94 by RMP) for ~$110.
