This place is still very good, but changes to management and staff over the past year has diluted the service and, to some extent, the food. It was all about the food and wine. Now it's all about the bottom line ($$$). Service is often rushed. Food is still high quality. Wine list is extensive with more Cote coming in. List is perfectly matched to the food. New Sommelier, Brooke, is very "wine by the glass" friendly to those who do not ordinairly drink wine. This should be your 1st stop in Atlantic City's Borgata. It is a fun place with high noise level.
