U.S. drinkers are now just as likely to choose wine as beer, according to a new Gallup poll. Much of that shift has come from Millennial wine drinkers, whose preferences will shape what appears on restaurant wine shelves and retail store shelves for years to come. Wine Spectator recently looked at how wine sales have changed in the past decade and at what America's younger wine drinkers are buying in an attempt to forecast what's next.
