Courts Favor Consumers in New York and Florida Wine-Shipping Lawsuits

In the latest legal victory for wine lovers, a federal judge ruled late last year that New York's ban on interstate shipments of wine to consumers is unconstitutional. However, New Yorkers still are not free to call their favorite out-of-state winery and order a case.
