Location, location, location. That may be the time-honored maxim of real estate, but it's every bit as applicable to the eight wines presented at the Hot California Wines seminar. Though some of the bottlings don't carry single-vineyard designations, said Wine Spectator senior editor James Laube, each of the winemakers gave their vineyards star billing.
