Uncorking Restaurant Policy

Bringing a beautiful wine to a restaurant can be an ugly experience. A number of years ago, I had a business dinner in Los Angeles with the wonderful actor Michael J. Fox. I knew that he was an avid wine lover, so I brought two great bottles to the dinner.
