Grand Award Winner in Canada Puts Huge Wine Cellar Up for Sale

Champlain Charest, the owner of Bistro à Champlain, the first Canadian restaurant to earn a Wine Spectator Grand Award for its wine list, is selling most of the restaurant's 35,000-bottle wine cellar.
