10th Annual Dallas Wine Auction Hits High Note for Opera

Issue: November 15, 2002

The 10th annual Dallas Wine Auction raised $160,000 for the Dallas Opera and its educational programs. The live auction brought in $110,000. The top lot, a cruise around Cape Horn, sold for $8,500. A 6-liter bottle of Far Niente Cabernet Estate Napa Valley 1998 sold for $1,400.
