Paris Businessman Brings Revolution to Chablis Winery
William Fèvre winery in Chablis was established about 30 years ago, but the name and some bricks and mortar are virtually all that remains from the early days. Everything else is new: the owner, the winemaker, the labels and especially the clean, pure style of the wines.
