Beringer Blass Buys Winery for Etude, Plans to Add Several New Wines
Beringer Blass Wine Estates has purchased the RMS Brandy Distillery in Napa's Carneros district to be the permanent home of its recently acquired Etude brand. The facility is key to the company's plans to triple Etude's output over the next seven years, adding several new bottlings of Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir, the winery's top varietals.
